Tim Minchin, the kooky piano-playing singer-songwriter/comedian, has been racking up awards right and left (including Best Alternative Performance at last years Aspen Comedy Festival) for his hilariously inventive comic songs about everything from blow-up dolls (Inflatable You ) to recycling (Take Your Canvas Bags to the Supermarket). Now you can catch the Australian-born comedian, who is set to make a name for himself in the U.S., at this six-week limited engagement at New World Stages. It should be a night of splendidly offensive humor from a guy who politely gives audience members a chance to leave before he tears into a number called Ten-Foot Cock and a Few Hundred Virgins.
