The online forum in which hopeless romantics dream of reuniting with their presumed soulmate is the inspiration for tonight’s gathering at the New York Transit Museum. New York Times metro writer Alan Feuer reads poems based on Missed Connections posts and illustrator Sophie Blackall displays Missed Connections–inspired art in a pop-up exhibit. Try beer from Brooklyn Brewery, make valentines, pose in the photo booth, and maybe even find your true love — just don’t leave without getting their number.
