Ballet v6.0, a dance festival thrown by The Joyce as a means of showcasing small companies, continues with performances by New York’s own BalletCollective. Three years ago Troy Schumacher created the collective in an effort to bring together artists of varying genres to create interesting and inspiring collaborations. Watch as the troupe unites dancers from the New York City ballet with composer Ellis Ludwig-Leone, poet Cynthia Zarina, and musical ensemble ACME for two nights of artistic fusion.
