Riding a bicycle in the buff, and in Brooklyn, is so passé. The second annual Big Apple Tweed Ride is classing things up by bringing back the style of Sherlock Holmes! Arrive in your jauntiest British tweeds for the day-long excursion, which includes a stop at the boutique Brooklyn Circus for music, a photo session, and bike-repair service courtesy of Brooklyn Bike and Board. Prizes will be awarded for Most Distinguished Lad, Most Ravishing Lass, Most Breath-Taking Accessory, and Most Magnificent Steed. Then, its off through the enchanting Park Slope countryside to Flatbush Farm for an English-style meal and tea-time treats. We hope our long skirts dont get caught in the chain.
