The Allman Brothers Band
The Allman Brothers might have just won a Grammy lifetime achievement award, but that doesn't begin to suggest the energy that this iconic jam band brings to their annual run at the Beacon. Since 1989, they've played more than 200 shows at the venue, creating hundreds of unrepeatable moments in rock history in the process. It's something else when Donald Fagen shows up or Eric Clapton jumps on stage to play "Layla," but even without any special guests, they're their own supergroup.
