Kiwi rockers the Clean are one of those bands who sold few records in their first run over three decades ago but influenced many artists to come. Their jangly psychedelic rock and the Farfisa glory of their "hit," "Tally Ho," still echo in bands such as Yo La Tengo and Pavement. The band came to New York in 2007 to play a much talked-about three-night run, and given how often they tour the rest of the world (they're going to Europe this summer for the first time in 20 years), this performance is a real treat. With Dimmer and Coasting.
