THE GAME OF LIFE
Ask Roulette is like a big public game of Truth or Dare, except there’s only one dare—audience participation—and everyone has to do it to play. This question-and-answer game starts with the audience submitting questions to grill the other folks in the audience and celebrity guests—tonight they are reporter David Carr, from the Times; This American Life’s Starlee Kine; and comedians Kurt Braunohler and Dave Hill. Then you get paired randomly with another inquisitor, at which point you have a very public interview. The only catch is that you can’t ask until you’ve already answered. Being that we’re no longer in fifth grade, we have high hopes the questions are slightly more sophisticated than those from our sleepover days.
