Dir. Charles Chaplin (1940). Chaplin goes one-on-one with his most sinister impersonator in this only intermittently effective political burlesque. Intentions count for something howeverreleased after the Hitler-Stalin Pact, its still among the classics of Popular Front anti-fascism.
