Chili Takedown 10 years ago as a humble ode to a delicious dish, he would have never guessed that one day he would be flying across the country to host amateur cooking competitions on everything from cookies to fondue. A celebration of the event that started it all, tonight’s 10th anniversary Chili Takedown brings together the tastiest recipes from 30 local cooks, and your job is simply to choose the best one. All right, so it might not be that easy, but it’s a fun and yummy challenge you’d be insane not to take.
