The Mummy's Tomb
Dir. Harold Young (1942).
Although far from the best, this is not the absolute worst of Universal's B-picture mummy franchise. It picks up the story of The Mummy's Hand, but 30 years later, in New England, where Dick Foran, hero of the previous entry in the series, is retired, but pursued by mummy Lon Chaney, Jr. who is out to murder all those who had earlier desecrated a sacred tomb in Egypt. It's reasonably entertaining in its juvenile fashion, but reuses far too much footage from previous mummy monstrosities.
