Seems like old times—the 20th Annual Tibet House U.S. Benefit Concert at Carnegie Hall brings back artistic director Philip Glass, and he again promises a powerful and unexpected lineup: Bajah + the Dry Eye Crew, Gogol Bordello, Tenzin Kunsel, Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, Regina Spektor, Pierce Turner, and, of course, himself. Youd be hard-pressed to find these folks in the same room for other causes; preserving Tibets unique culture brings out the spirited.
