Legendary '80s downtown artist Kenny Scharf, who, most recently, has been throwing parties in his psychedelic "Cosmic Cavern" in Bushwick, has teamed up with the Virginia Beach art collective Dearraindrop to create a show that's so Day-Glo-bright, you might want to wear your sunglasses. Hot Glue Hullabaloo shows off Scharf and Dearraindrop's shared passion for cartoons, thrift stores, street junk, underground comics, graffiti . . . and, yes, hot glue gunning (and, really, don't we all love those things?). The show features neon paintings, trippy sculpture, and a mini black-light disco. Go stoned. T
