Remember the Teenbeat 20th Anniversary shows? Why does 2005 feel more distant than 1992, when Unrest was at the height of their crystalline, pleasantly arrogant indie pop powers? Hindsight is a well-designed 7", apparently, but local types must feel the same, because a second Bell House show was added to Unrest's round of East Coast-only "Teenbeat 26th Anniversary" shows. Let's hope they're practicing the air raid jingle jangle of "Cath Carroll" even now. As an anniversary bonus, this gig features Tuscadero, whose smart-alecky Pink Album would still stand up if Teenbeat released it tomorrow, as well as label vets True Love Always and Johnny Cohen.
