September 4 through 13,
Perfectly timed—in the first weeks after Labor Day, when we’re rested and starved for creative companionship—and perfectly located in Joe’s Pub (the first three shows, Thursday at 9:30 and Friday at 7:30 and 9:30) and parks and swimming pools, as well as two relatively conventional sites in Soho, Dancenow/ NYC’s ninth season has managed to colonize almost the entire isle of Manhattan. Welcome to rafts of new dance, outdoors, for free.
