In the chillier months Toto is limiting this bargain to weekends, but expect
it seven days a week come springtime. Not a bad way to start off a chill,
cheap evening in the ‘hood before heading out to nearby Royale, Buttermilk, or Bar 4.
Here’s hoping this sweet deal on booze catches on with Fifth and Seventh
Avenue bars too . . . ‘course we harbor no fantasies with it taking flight
across the bridge.
