Our Man Sietsema: “‘Brooklyn burger’ represents the borough about as well as Marty Markowitz”

This week, Sietsema does a little taste-testing at some of the city’s latest novelty burger joints: Brgr, Brooklyn Burger Bar, BLT Burger, 67 Burger, and Stand. And the results are not promising. The highest grade he doles out—to Stand—is a B+. And he says the ambiance there is reminiscent of an airport lounge, and the homemade ketchup more like spaghetti sauce. Don’t worry, Sietsema, Rachael Ray will swoop in soon enough and solve all our problems… Eep.
