We may be getting ahead of ourselves here, but we thought we would share–for all the Red Hook Ball Field enthusiasts out there–that the first Red Hook Park adult league soccer game of the season will take place this Sunday afternoon. That means there is a remote possibility that the vendors will be there as well.
We say remote because, if memory serves, they usually start doling out the pupusas at the end of April or beginning of May, but hey, crazier things have happened. Another fun fact: two of the fields will be closed for seeding until the end of the month, so this game will be played on the synthetic field at Bay and Court Streets.
By the way, lots of love to all the wonderful people we’ve been talking to at the Park’s Department! Those folks really know how to, um, give you another number to call.
