On April 18th, Green Edge Collaborative will hold its third Eco Eatery Tour at iCi. The first two were at Franny’s and Flatbush Farm. iCi’s dinner will showcase Laurent Saillard’s favorite organic, biodynamic French wines (read more about his obsession here).
The dinner is a three-course prix fixe for $50/person. The menu includes fluke carpaccio with mint, coriander, and lime, collard greens-stuffed skate in brown butter, and vegetarian dishes like watercress and ramps soup and polenta millefuille.
