Zak Pelaccio and Jeffrey Chodorow are moving ahead with their zany restaurant concept, in which the best of New York eats would be united on one menu. The restaurant will be called Borough Food & Drink. They’re looking for cooks and even held a career fair this week! (Chodorow is also looking for line cooks at Wild Salmon.)
Franny’s says: “We are currently building a team to help further our ability to grow.” Does this hint at another Franny in the oven, or do they just mean “be the best we can be?” We can’t say, but if you become their new line cook, be a dear and let us know.
