I can’t entirely endorse the World Financial Center as a performance venue. It’s rather imposing, impersonal, and difficult to access. But very much enjoyed Lisa D’Amour and Katie Pearl’s performance installation located therein, Bird Eye Blue Print, produced in association with the Women’s Project. A meditation on loss, vision, and physical space, it was odd, ambitious, grounded, and wonderfully, ineluctably, girly. Also, it included complimentary Laffy Taffy. All plays should. A few performances remain.
