Radio Radio: Rock’N’Roll

by

Czech, mate

This Sunday the BBC will broadcast a radio version of Tom Stoppard’s affecting comedy, due to arrive on these shores with its English cast intact in the fall. The radio show won’t feature those pretty Brits (Brian Cox, Sinead Cusack, dreamy Rufus Sewell), but should be well worth a listen–if Greek poetry, Czech politics, and the Rolling Stones are your bag, of course. They are my bag, indeed. Alison Hindell directs.
