Maybe you never thought about it, but it makes sense that global warming, before drowning our great-grandchildren in typhoons of garbage water (we don’t understand science) will first make wine suck. Or, it threatens to change things for wine-makers, at least. It could help regions in Northern Europe become more grape-friendly, while making some longstanding wine-growing areas less grape-friendly. That’s putting it simply. Read this for more.
