Little Giant is looking to hire an experienced line cook by September 4.

A new restaurant is opening somewhere in Manhattan in the fall and they’re looking for cooks. The ad says the place will have “a very unique operation,” and they mean unique, as in: Cooks must be willing to bus tables and clean the entire restaurant.
