Some early reviews of Rickshaw Dumpling’s new 8th Street location are in, and they’re not good. Hounds describe cold dumplings with cardboard-like exterors, doors that don’t open on time, salty broth, and “aged” looking salad. Eek. But one fan says the fusion inventions are the way to go, not the simple, traditional dumplings. Perhaps we’ll have to sample the fried Peking duck dumplings and report back.
