Nantucket Bay Scallops: Fancy, Seasonal


The season for Nantucket Bay scallops opened last week, our friend Dorian Mecir of Dorian’s Seafood Market informs us. And those plump little bivalves are looking good. We sampled them last time around, and they were worth the $45/pound (you only need a few for an impressive appetizer妖idn’t you watch Top Chef?)
