‘Anonymous’ Plans Scientology Protests For Saturday

On Saturday the online collective of anonymous activists known simply as, well, “Anonymous,” will organize a series of protests at Scientology outposts across the nation, including here in New York.

The activities will kick off at 11 a.m. at the Church of Scientology outpost at 227 West 46th Street. At 2 p.m., protesters are planning a potential march to the local Scientology Celebrity Centre across town, located at 65 East 82nd Street.

The Saturday activities are coinciding with the birthday of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, so don’t forget to bring cake.
