I think I need to mention the alcohol situation here. To buy beer at All Points West, you have to go to one of the “ID Check” tents to prove you’re of age. They give you a neon green bracelet to wear. The situation goes downhill from there. The bracelets have five removable tabs attached to them, one tab per drink. When you buy your fifth drink they stamp your hand and that’s it: no more booze for the day. Get that? The festival is limiting how much attendees – most of them responsible adults (or at least adults) – can drink. They probably think they’re doing the right thing, but, I mean, we’re in New Jersey for god’s sake. The people need to drink!
