Staten Island police conducted a prostitution sting this weekend, mostly at the corner of Richmond Terrace and Broadway, and caught 19 would-be clients who offered “between $10 and $50 for a variety of sex acts” to undercover officers, though one high-roller was offering $200, for what services the Staten Island Advance does not say.
