Chef Timothy Hollingsworth of The French Laundry impressed judges (including Laurent Tourondel and Jean-Georges Vongerichten) with Atlantic Cod with Hawaiian Blue Prawns and Sea Scallops and Brandt Beef Tenderloin Roasted in Bacon with Beef Cheeks and Oxtail.
