Cooking Light sends along election night menus for Republicans, Democrats, and that strange subspecies, the “undecideds.” Unfortunately, while Republicans get roasted red pepper soup and beef tenderloin with mustard and herbs, in the Cooking Light plan, Democrats have to content themselves with a meal composed almost entirely of blue cheese and blueberries.
