Campaign Scofflaw Pedro Espada Wants to Be Majority Leader

After a career of party-hopping, running campaign events that masquerade as health fairs, and physically threatening reporters, Democratic State Senate dissident Pedro Espada tells El Diario that he wants to be Majority Leader. The Daily News today reports that Espada’s campaign has missed five scheduled report filings since September and has court actions against him, which will add to the $61,750 he already owes for previous campaign violations.
