If you pay attention to the history books, Ireland didn’t have much of a war. But if you trust musical theater for your accounts of the past, then Ireland was a hotbed of intrigue, treachery, and nuclear research involving Flann O’Brien. Arthur Riordan and Bell Helicopter’s historical musical comedy, Improbable Frequency, gets its Irish up in a run at 59E59.
