Fiamma, a Northern Italian restaurant in Soho, has closed. It marks the first closing of a three-star restaurant in 2009, but there’ll likely be more to come in the this economy. The corporate office behind the restaurant say it will be turned into an events space. Fabio Trabocchi, the chef that earned the restaurant three stars from Bruni in Novmber of 2007, will not be staying on.
