While Thomas Keller isn’t doing anything crazy like three course, $35 recession tasting menus at his restaurants, the famed chef is feeling the pinch. Corporate reservations for the private dining room at Per Se have reportedly all but dried up, and it’s getting easier to snag a table at the French Laundry in Yountville, California. While the restaurant typically releases two tables daily to OpenTable.com for reservations exactly two months ahead, it recently began listing an additional table or two on the reservation website.
