The annual Valentine’s Day mass wedding takes place tomorrow at the top of the Empire State Building. This year the event includes its first same-sex couple.

Charles G. Hogg, the groundhog who bit Mayor Bloomberg on Groundhog Day, is appearing at the Staten Island Zoo this weekend, in case any of you want to go congratulate him.

The Rockaway Wave attended the debate among five candidates for Joseph Addabbo’s vacated council, to be decided in a February 24 election. Lew Simon shouted “the A trains stinks” and said the city “screwed us good,” so he’s now our favorite.

Gowanus Lounge discovers that nobody has bought apartments at Williamsburg’s posh The Edge condo, nor at swanky Toren on Flatbush Avenue, since September.

Someone left a dead deer in front of the New Museum. The band Grouper (Dragging a Dead Deer), playing the Museum tonight, is suspected.
