This Week in Openings

If you’re looking for a lively, expensive meal, it can be had at the new Inakaya (231 West 40th Street) in the Times building. At the Japanese robatayaka, staffers scream out orders to cooks who grill the food while kneeling and serve it up using large paddles. The pricey menu includes a $65 Kinki fish, flown in daily from Tokyo.
