The South Street Seaport—that milieu of tourists, buskers, chain stores, and ice-creamed smeared children has frequently given us a slight headache. But Alyson Pou’s site-specific play is set more than a hundred years in the seaport’s past. Located in a Dime Museum, it concerns a mother and daughter joined by the hair.
