The Haunted


That melodic death metal sound you’ve been hearing way too much of in the last several years (the one found in every new metalcore band, where it sounds like Iron Maiden on trucker speed) is called the “Göthenburg Sound.” It predominantly came to pass from heralded—and recently reunited—Swedes At the Gates.
