Thao Nguyen and Michael “Bao” Huynh have added a rear dining room featuring pho called Pho Sure to their latest Baoguette location in the West Village.

Quinto Quarto has opened downtown, serving up rustic Roman-style fare such as wine-braised, boned and rolled rabbit shoulder, and parboiled herbed oxtail stew .

Terrance Brennan’s Bar Artisanal has opened in the former Trigo space with a wood-burning oven and menu of burgers and charcuterie.

LES Thai joint Jeeb is closed again. The owners are reportedly looking to find someone to buy the restaurant.

Cafe Zest in Midtown has closed. The awning now reads Amakusa and a sign on the door says new management will be opening a new restaurant soon.

Mi Cocina in the West Village, which owed back rent and taxes, has closed. The landlord has plans to rent out the space as a fully-equipped restaurant.
