Top Chef Radhika Desai may soon be the chef de partie under Floyd Cardoz at Tabla. Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group confirms that Cardoz is speaking to Radhika, but that “they’ve never met.”

Larry Forgione has been named the supervising executive chef at Graydon Carter’s Monkey Bar, but his main duty seems to be to replace himself. According to a statement, Forgione “will assist in the search, hiring, and training of a new Head Chef.”

Thomas Keller confirms that Jonathan Benno is leaving Per Se after rumors began circulating last week. Keller said in a statement, “While he does not yet have a definite timeline in place for his departure, I am supportive of all his explorations as he looks forward to the next chapter in his career.”

Matt Hamilton of Choice Atlantic in Brooklyn is now the executive chef and a partner at Belcourt in the East Village. He was replaced at Choice Atlantic by Mathieu Frey, former executive chef for Daniel Boulud’s catering company.
