The New Yorker Pays Homage to the Beauty of Street Food


This week’s New Yorker cover shows a hot dog/kabob vendor in Times Square, just outside Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. I think it’s beautiful. And oddly enough, artist Jorge Colombo created the painting in just one hour, using an iPhone drawing app called Brushes. Below, a video of exactly how it was done.
