‘And Everyone Laughed’

One thing the circus has always been missing: dance music. Trus’Me has lately imported his Disco 3000 night and its soul-based, U.S.-style house from his native Manchester to our own APT. Warehouse impresarios Wolf + Lamb have finally released their Brooklynn EP on their own label, and some compellingly idiosyncratic techno it is. With music from Worst Friends, No Regular Play, Jakub Alexander, Smirk, Freetime, and Onno, plus performances from Espana/Streb Trapeze Academy Fly Team, Streb Extreme Action Dance Company, Collaboration Town, Nicolas Jaar, Vicious Vaudeville, Shandoah Goldman, and Tim Dax.
