Has getting inked with the name or logo of your restaurant become a trend? The folks from Houston’s Feast have their spotted pig tattoos. Paul Grieco of Insieme, Terroir, and Hearth has been known to hand out temporary “Riesling” and “Terroir” tats to friends and patrons, as well as sport them himself. And now, the boys from Employees Only can be seen branded with the EO logo (in real ink). Dushan Zaric (pictured left), Bill Gilroy, and Igor Hadzismajolovic have all reportedly gone under the needle. Jason Kosmas is the only holdout.
Is the mustachioed Greek afraid of pain? Nah. According to Zaric: “He has trouble with commitment.”
