How many rolling restaurants can city streets bear? Midtown Lunch brings news of, yes, the launch of another food truck, this one called the Bistro Truck. It’s scheduled to open for business in Union Square by the end of the month, and will offer a menu of Moroccan specialties like merguez and tagine. And, naturally, it’s got a Twitter feed.
Yesterday, word surfaced of a possible Momofuku food truck, delivering some blog commentors into the open arms of ecstasy while driving others to the brink of shark-jumping despair.
