Pabon Indicted in Cleaning Woman’s Murder

Joseph Pabon, the man suspected of gruesomely murdering cleaning woman Eridania Rodriguez during her night shift at 2 Rector Street, has been indicted by a grand jury. Pabon had been trailed by police relentlessly since shortly after the body was discovered, and picked up on July 17 after investigators matched his DNA to skin found under Rodriguez’ nails, though Pabon’s attorney disputes the import of their findings, as Pabon’s was not the only genetic material investigators discovered. The Staten Island man has been held without bail since his arrest.
