Li Hua, the Korean restaurant on the corner of Grand and Baxter streets, has gotten a name change and a face-lift. Its new name, Jup She, translates to “the Korean plate,” says the restaurant’s new owner, Judy Lim. “Li Hua didn’t sound Korean enough,” she says, adding that although its name is different, the menu will stay the same. Lim has changed her ingredient supplier, redone the restaurant’s decor, and is in the process of renovating some space for a customer waiting area. She took over the restaurant after its previous owner, a friend of hers, returned to Korea with his family.
