Clinton Hill Blog gives a shout-out to Brooklyn Brew Shop, the DIY beer brewing business that sells at-home brewing kits at the Brooklyn Flea. Possibly next on the horizon? Bourbon Dubbel, brewed in a bourbon barrel, and Lobster Beer, brewed with lobster shells and possibly the most unorthodox use of seafood since Dolley Madison’s oyster ice cream.
