More Coffee, Small Plates for East 7th Street?


EV Grieve reports that the former Cure space on East 7th Street is getting a new tenant: a coffee shop serving small plates that’s set to open in the next six weeks. As EVG points out, Cure — a wine bar also serving small plates — was the third ill-fated business to occupy the seemingly doomed space: Previously, it was almost home to the East Village Pie Company, and before that, an Italian cafe called Affettati.
