Farming Tomorrow at the 92 Y Tribeca

The media coverage being paid to the new wave of back-to-the-landers is all well and good, but the reality of getting a farm to survive and thrive over generations isn’t something that grabs as many headlines. Tomorrow, that story will be told at the 92 Y Tribeca when David Mas Masumoto, the California organic farmer and author of Epitaph for a Peach, moderates a panel discussion entitled “Harvesting Legacies From the Land.” The discussion will address multi-generational farming and will include farmers from Wilklow Orchards and Stokes and W. Rogowski Farms.
