Melvins/Neurosis/Sleep Hybrid Shrinebuilder Are Coming to New York

Big news: Shrinebuilder, the impossibly well-credentialed metal-world supergroup–the band features Dale Crover from the Melvins, Saint Vitus/Hidden Hand/Spirit Caravan’s Wino, Om/Sleep’s Al Cisneros, and Neurosis frontman Scott Kelly, with an assist from “the godhead”–have announced an album and a New York show. The self-titled Shrinebuilder is out on Neurot in late October/early November, and shortly afterward, on November 15th, the band will reduce the four walls of Le Poisson Rouge to little smudges of ash and dust and exploded eyeballs. Tickets are available now, as are the regrets you will surely suffer late at night for years to come should you skip this show.
